His wealth of knowledge about the area, Okemo Mountain Resort, and the vacations and homeowners who love this area is exactly why he will be a perfect addition to our team. We are proud to welcome Roger into the TPW community.

TPW , a leading vacation property and community management company, is proud to announce the hiring of Roger Danyew as the Vacation Rental Manager for the Okemo Valley portfolio. Danyew has a long history in the Okemo Valley area including 25 years in real estate sales. His collective knowledge of Okemo Mountain real estate, as well as the lakes region and surrounding areas is outstanding.

Roger’s parents relocated to Ludlow in the 1950’s where he set his roots down. Roger grew up skiing on Okemo Mountain and worked in several local businesses during his high school years. After leaving the area to attend college and then residing in the Southwest through the mid-80’s, Roger and his wife returned to Ludlow in 1987 due to a strong desire to raise their 2 boys in Vermont, while at the same time being closer to both of their families. Within a few months, Roger obtained his Vermont Real Estate license and as they say, the rest is history. His knowledge with regard to Okemo Mountain real estate was further enhanced while working from on-site sales offices at Ledgewood and Solitude selling pre-construction residences during the 1990’s. He has been a full time Realtor for over 25 years and has developed many long lasting relationships with homeowners, which is a testimonial of his dedication, knowledge, integrity and strong work ethic.

As the Vacation Manager, Danyew will be responsible for managing the vacation rental and lodging business for TPW’s Okemo Portfolio.

"As a long time resident to the Okemo Valley, I am thrilled to be working with TPW Vacations to launch a full service Vacation rental and property services operation for vacation homeowners in the area. TPW has a long-standing reputation of being an outstanding property manager. That now combined with the opportunity to rent your home through them is a great fit and I am confident the homeowners in the area will be very pleased with this partnership,” said Danyew.

Additionally, TPW’s CEO Paul W. Carroccio also commented on the addition to the Okemo Vacation Rental portfolio. “Roger is very well known in Okemo country. During the off season months when not at work, you have likely seen him at some point with either a golf club or fly rod in his hands. His wealth of knowledge about the area, Okemo Mountain Resort and the vacations and homeowners who love this area is exactly why he will be a perfect addition to our team. We are proud to welcome Roger into the TPW community.”
