As part of their 2013 expansion plan—which includes public webinars, a book release and additional trainers—Sim is the first trainer hired to sell and present training designed by People First Productivity Solutions President Deb Calvert. Calvert's training has gained an international reputation for its easy-to-grasp concepts, buyer-centric focus, interactivity and impact. Acting as a representative of People First Productivity Solutions, Sim will bring his unique expertise and knowledge to the table, enhancing the customized content.
Sim, a resident of Vancouver, BC, has extensive experience in the field of marketing, specializing in sales and sales management. His experience includes packaged goods (having worked as a Canadian National Sales Training Manager), executive positions, and a successful career as a college instructor. He has designed and presented business seminars on business plan development, the sales process, sales management and marketing.
