The award winners were announced in the House of Commons by Dr Julian Huppert MP and Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Internet Communications and Technology Forum. The ceremony marked the third ITSPA award for Telappliant in three consecutive years.
Awards were presented in eight categories that represent the range and scope of the VoIP and Unified Communications industry in Britain. Telappliant was also shortlisted in the ‘Best Business ITSP (Small Enterprise)’ and ‘Best Consumer VoIP’ categories. An independent third party, Malden Electronics, conducted two months of technical testing for all three awards.
