The lines between electronica and Indie become increasingly blurred as a new generation of recording artist is emerging. Neither exclusively organic nor exclusively electronic, these artists are redefining the parameters of modern music. Taylored find themselves at the helm of this burgeoning movement, oozing with texture, crafting unique aesthetic out of experimentation with both live and acoustic elements.
Formed in 2011, Taylored are (pictured Left to Right) Zane Decker (Bass/Vocals), Andrei Koribanics (Drums), Austin Taylor (Vocals/Guitar/Synth) and Tim Holmes (Lead Guitar). Influenced by the likes of 30 Seconds to Mars, U2, Smashing Pumpkins, Incubus and Fun, each band member brings exceptional talent to the group. Together they create a polished rock/alt/pop sound with powerful vocals and a unique synth sound.
Refined and powerful, their two recently released singles, “Simple” and “Deep End”, brings a breath of fresh air. Currently touring and in the studio writing and recording with Producers, James Mazlen, Phil Vassil (of Vibrolush) and Grammy winner Earl Cohen, we will also see Taylored debut at Bowery Electric, as the opening act for The Enemies featuring Collin O’Donaghue from ABC’s “Once Upon A Time.
