Delta Expands Energy Management Operations in Transaction with Canadian-based Energy Advantage

Delta Energy Services increases client base and adds experienced energy experts to team with transaction expanding North American operations.

Delta Energy Services (“Delta”), a leading provider of international energy management consulting services, announced today that its affiliate Perimeter Energy Inc. acquired select commodity consulting services accounts from and entered into a strategic energy commodity management services agreement with Canadian-based Energy Advantage Incorporated (“EAI”).

The arrangement includes the purchase of select EAI energy commodity management contracts and EAI’s Quebec entity, Gigacon. Delta will also provide outsourced energy commodity management services to EAI’s total energy and environmental management (“TEEM”) customers. In addition, EAI’s commodity consulting services team, averaging 15 years of industry experience in the Canadian market, will join Delta’s team of energy experts.

EAI was founded in 1996 and is a global leader in providing independent total energy and environmental management services, with customers in North America, Central America, India and the Middle East.
