InfoTrends is pleased to announce that Group Director Barb Pellow, Associate Director Matt Swain, and Consultant Stephanie Pieruccini will be speaking at the 2013 Xplor International User Conference and Vendor Forum. The event will take place April 16-18 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center in Tampa Bay, FL.
Pellow will be participating in a session on April 16th entitled, “Changing Enterprise Media Dynamics.” Enterprise demands for customer and business communications are changing. In this session, findings from a recently released InfoTrends’ study, “Enterprise Communications Requirements in Vertical Markets” will be shared. Key areas of focus will include:
- New dynamics in media usage
- Changing media spending concerns
- New product and service offerings that drive compelling enterprise value and financial ROI
- Route to revenue strategies for service providers
Swain will be taking part in two keynote panels as well as an additional panel discussion throughout the 3-day conference. On April 17th, the session “Emerging Technology: The Digital Mailbox” will address the question “What happened to Digital Mail?” It was supposed to be a life saver for large billers, and a convenience to consumers around the world. Is it on course or off course? Attendees at this session will hear from industry experts from different walks of life think about the Digital Mailbox Services state of affairs.
On April 18th Swain will speak in back-to-back keynote panels. As the moderator of the first session, Swain will lead his panelists in a dynamic discussion around “Planning for the Future of Multi-channel Transactional Communications”. Participants will provide insight to help organizations breakthrough barriers to embracing multi-channel transactional communications in 2013. Immediately following will be an industry analysts’ overview. During this conversation, Swain will offer his expert advice on the topic of “What Does the Future Hold?”
Pieruccini’s session, taking place on April 17th, is entitled “Overcoming Personalization Barriers in Multi-channel Customer Communications.” In today's multi-channel world, customers are looking for relevant communications through their media channels of choice. Opportunities exist to take customer communications to a whole new level with personalization in a variety of channels, providing additional value to customers and providers. Leveraging trends in the marketing space, this session will identify what these personalization opportunities are, address how to break through barriers in variable data communications, and provide best practices to help you get started.
