West LegalEdcenter and Financial Poise are proud to announce that Elizabeth Vandesteeg, a partner with Chicago’s Levenfeld Pearlstein LLP has joined the faculty for their upcoming webinar, “Creditor Boot Camp: Advising a Customer, Supplier, or Tenant of a Chapter 11 Debtor.”
Ms. Vandesteeg concentrates her practice on advising creditors and creditor committees in matters relating to their debtors, including in courts throughout the United States. She is lead co-author of West’s Commercial Bankruptcy Litigation.
The webinar will be held on March 14th offer guidance to companies doing business with a party that has filed Chapter 11. Topics will include: what credit terms to offer post-bankruptcy; defending against preference lawsuits; critical trade payments; and other issues of importance to parties doing business with Chapter 11 debtors.
