Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center will hold a hands-on workshop on the art of knitting on April 2, Tuesday and April 9, Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
In this two-week class, you will learn the basics to give you a great start as a knitter! You will begin the class learning how to cast-on, the basic stitches of knitting and purling, increasing, and decreasing, and seaming. During the first class you will begin a simple, yet fun scarf. The second class will be focused on completing your scarf and, time permitting, beginning another fun project. This class is appropriate for ages 13 to adult.

Supplies are not included with registration. Supplies needed include: Needles sizes 11-13, Smooth chunky yarn (150+ yards)
