Youth fitness and athletic development organization the International Youth Conditioning Association has launched a new product this week. The Team Training Blueprint is currently being offered by the company for $50 off the retail price through Monday, March 18th.
The company, which seeks to improve the quality of youth training throughout the world, has designed the product with the goal of helping youth fitness specialists grow their businesses and improve the youth fitness offerings in their markets.
In order to help youth fitness specialists broaden their share of their local markets, the product offers tools to help them form successful partnerships with local youth sports teams. In so doing, the product relies on the expertise of some of the nation’s most prominent youth trainers.
“Training young athletes presents certain challenges that must be addressed head on,” says Nick Berry, President of the IYCA. “To become your area’s most reliable youth fitness resource, you need to establish relationships with the teams in need of youth sports training in your market.”
The International Youth Conditioning Association hopes that the Team Training Blueprint offers youth fitness trainers insight into how to forge better partnerships and referral networks with local sports teams.
“When you can effectively communicate with local coaches and make them see that your childhood athletic development offerings really will result in their athletes making great strides, you will be able to take your own business to the next level,” Berry claims.
The Team Training Blueprint offers youth fitness specialists a comprehensive approach to training team athletes year-round. The product includes a proposal for a 52-week system that takes into account preseason, season, postseason, and off-season.
“The success of the team is too important to leave to chance, and so is their training program,” says IYCA CEO Pat Rigsby. “With this year-long training plan you will be able to help any team get better.”
In crafting this year-round approach, the IYCA has leaned on the insights of some of the most prominent figures in the field of youth athletic development. Contributors to the product include Ryan Ketchum, Wil Fleming, and Jim Herrick of Power Source Training Center.
Additionally, the product comes with a number of bonus features and training modules that address topics such as fitness sales techniques, designing youth fitness programs, and crafting training proposals to present to youth coaches.
“The Team Training Blueprint is an innovative 52 week approach to partnering with youth sports teams,” Rigsby notes. “It offers an incredible opportunity for growth and learning.”
The Team Training Blueprint is available now for a new product promotional sale of $50 off the retail price. The sale ends Monday, March 18th.
