Even though colon cancer is the third leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States, the number of deaths from colon cancer have been dropping in the last 20 years, however colon cancer still accounts for over 100,000 new cases of colon cancer a year.

On Wednesday, March 20th @ 4 pm PST/7 pm EST, Kai will be tweeting with followers her 7 recommendations on reducing one's risk for colon cancer and how we as a nation can start to engage seriously about preventing diseases like colon cancer in order to raise a generation that is healthy.
