Inter-Growth Announces the Addition of Two Veteran Healthcare Professionals: Ben Baxter and Pam Brotman

Inter-Growth, a consulting company that supports health and human service organizations to grow, evolve and transform their organizations, announces the addition of two veteran healthcare professionals: Ben Baxter and Pamela (Pam) Brotman. The expansion of Inter-Growth’s team represents the company’s effort to address client needs amid a rapidly evolving national healthcare market.

Pam brings over 30 years of healthcare experience that includes spearheading a variety of transformation initiatives. She specializes in aligning strategy, processes and people to achieve optimal results. Prior to joining the team, Pam served as the Director of Business Intelligence Solutions for Arizona’s Crisis Response Network, Quality Improvement Specialist for Cenpatico Behavioral Health and Director of Prior Authorizations for Mercy Care Plan.

Ben brings over a decade of experience as a financial executive who has directed all aspects of healthcare fiscal operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Ben’s financial and technical acumen will help Inter-Growth clients in areas such as financial processes, regulatory compliance and information systems. Prior to joining the team, Ben served as Director of Finance for Lifewell, Inc., TERROS and Choices Network of Arizona.
