Logi Analytics has capitalized on the growing trend of organizations embedding analytics directly into the applications, systems, and processes they use to run their businesses.
McLean, Virginia (PRWEB) March 18, 2013
LogiXML, the authority on embedded analytics, today announced at the Gartner Business Intelligence & Analytics Summit that the company has changed its name to Logi Analytics, Inc. The name change, which takes effect immediately, is more reflective of the company’s business and its leadership position in embedded analytics.
“The business intelligence and analytics market has changed significantly over the past several years. End users are now demanding analytic intelligence to be present in the systems they use every day, so they can interact with it in the context of their jobs and put information to work,” said Brett Jackson, CEO, Logi Analytics. “Over the last several years, Logi Analytics has capitalized on the growing trend of organizations embedding analytics directly into the applications, systems, and processes they use to run their businesses. Our new name directly captures the essence of this mission–putting analytics to work in practical, cost-effective ways.”
Logi Analytics has made significant R&D investments since 2009, greatly expanding its analytical capabilities. In the recently released version of its flagship product, Logi Info, the company introduced new advanced visualizations, intuitive data exploration, and enhanced its market leading embeddability API. The company’s sales have grown 600 percent over the last four years, driven by the embedded trend, demand for Logi Info, and aggressive new customer acquisition. Recently, Gartner, Inc. moved Logi Analytics up into the Challengers quadrant of its 2013 Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence & Analytics Platforms.
