Kyle Pham joins the HR and Recruiting Software Specialists' fast-growing leadership team

I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get things done, which is a mentality shared by everyone across the company.

HiringBoss, the Asia-based experts in applicant tracking and talent management software solutions, today announced the appointment of Kyle Pham as their new Chief Financial Officer. Pham's appointment is part of an aggressive acquisition strategy of industry leaders which HiringBoss has planned for 2013 in establishing themselves as Asia’s dominant HR and eRecruitment software provider.

Pham is a Vietnamese-Australian CPA with over 20 years of extensive corporate service management experience from three of the Big 4 professional accounting firms: KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte, across the APAC region. In his previous employment, Pham was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of a joint eCommerce venture (a US listed Company and a large Vietnamese Corporation) employing 4,000+ employees. Whilst there, he was responsible for the management of corporate services including accounting and finance, human resources management, information technology, purchasing, logistics, administration and legal.

Bernie Schiemer, HiringBoss CEO, commented earlier, “Kyle’s acquisition stands to strengthen our financial and legal capabilities across the business. His mindset is very sales and transaction focused and his big 4 accounting firm background will be put to good use. Kyle’s experience in budget and cash flow management will ensure our investors’ money is wisely spent. Most importantly Kyle’s a great guy; he is very straight forward and not afraid to speak his mind. In a fast-growing organisation like ours that’s really important. We look forward to working with him".

As Chief Financial Officer, Kyle will be instrumental in building a robust financial system in accordance with local governance, reporting and risk management across the APAC region. Kyle will be the main advisor to the HiringBoss management team on corporate financial services whilst also ensuring the best valuations from fundraising in enabling the company vision for continued growth throughout the Asia region. Pham will be primarily based at the HiringBoss offices located at President Place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
