Lifestyle company Josephine Home has received the rare honour of an invitation to sell its goods at London’s most iconic department store, Harrods.

The luxury brand’s unique range of British and European-made homeware is already available at the famous Knightsbridge outlet, with excellent footfall so far.

Founded in 2005, Josephine Home offers bed and bath linen, throws, cushions and many other home accessories to suit customers looking for either a bespoke or everyday solution.

Stephanie Betts, Founder and Creative Director of Josephine Home, said: “We are thrilled that Josephine Home is now looking and feeling right at home on the second floor of this great British institution.

“An invitation from what is probably the world’s finest and most famous store is exceptionally hard to come by, and I’m proud that our reputation for exceptional quality and unique products has earned us our place.

“We have always tried to stay true to our maxim that while fashions come and go, true quality lives on. For that reason all our products are made to measure and manufactured using age-old methods, and Harrods customers will now be able to see this for themselves.”

Visitors to Harrods will be able to see the exquisitely crafted Josephine Home bed linen selection that has been described as both timeless and contemporary.

Other items available include bedside tables, bathrobes and Hungarian goose down pillows and duvets.
Recognisable to millions for its signature green bags, Harrods was established in 1849 by entrepreneurial retailer Charles Henry Harrod.

With more than a million square feet of space, Harrods sells luxury and everyday items across seven floors and 330 departments and is acknowledged to be one of the world's largest department stores.

Josephine Home also has a presence on the King’s Road in London as well as Lane Crawford in Hong Kong. It also supplies bed linen and accessories to hotels around the world, including the Mandarin Oriental Group and Soho House Group.

Last year the company proved a very popular draw for independent, boutique and luxury hotel owners at the Independent Hotel Show at Olympia in London.
