Certified Holistic Health Coach Julie Burt Creates One-­Day Fast Start Weight Loss VIP Day Training for Select Clients

Julie Burt, an experienced health coach and weight loss consultant, is offering a special four­-hour VIP day called Fast Start Weight Loss to allow busy clients to have a private, one-­on-­one day of her consulting services in their own homes.

She has created the VIP day especially for working women who don't have time to attend a program or meetings for health and weight loss.

The long­time fitness class instructor and certified holistic health coach is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has been working in the health and wellness field for the past 16 years.

“Dealing with a chronic condition myself I have learned the value of nutrition, exercise, and creating a healthy outlook to achieve a balanced life,” Burt said.

As a total wellness trainer, she offers personal attention to clients as well as a free initial health strategy consultation.

Burt's new Fast Start Weight Loss program is a four-­hour private day of in depth consulting and demonstrations by the expert nutritionist. Her unique program includes a healthy grocery shopping tour, an evaluation of the VIP client’s kitchen and its equipment.

The special offer also includes a demonstration of proper food preparation, healthy meal planning and the design of an exercise program.

In addition to teaching a variety of fitness classes and also being a personal trainer, Burt works to support and motivate others to reach and maintain their health and weight goals. As a total wellness trainer, she has studied all the major dietary theories and uses practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide clients to discovering which individual approach works best for them. Most approaches to good nutrition often dwell only on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. But instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, Burt coaches her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and stringent discipline. She also is offering spring sessions in tai chi, a gentle body movement practice to reduce pain and improve mental and physical well­-being.

Burt believes people can choose to be healthy and has proven that training with a professional will help them toward that goal. She also offers group programs, support with chronic health conditions and weight and body image programs.
