TicketForce Helps Clients Reach Multi-Generations of Arts Patrons as the Leading Ticketing Solutions for Arts Industry

"We absolutely love to partner with arts organizations to make sure their technology and ticketing runs smoothly so they can do what they do best – create amazing theatre experiences." - Lynne King Smith, CEO of TicketForce

TicketForce, a leading provider of ticketing solutions in the U.S. and Canada, has signed six new contracts to provide ticketing for arts clients, including: Pepperdine University Center for the Arts, Herberger Theatre Center, Niswonger Performing Arts Center (Greenville), Mercury Summer Stock, West Houston Performing Arts Center and Johnson City Symphony.

TicketForce also recently signed Flickinger Center for Performing Arts earlier this year, bringing the number of new arts clients secured in first quarter of 2013 to seven.

TicketForce has been a leading ticketing provider for many arts organizations since the company’s inception 10 years ago because of its ability to help clients reach multi-generations of arts patrons.

TicketForce offers theatre patrons a redesigned, customer-centric buying experience with event branding including video clips, social media sharing, and more for every event. Importantly, TicketForce also offers all the patron solutions that arts clients need, including a single dedicated database that integrates members, donations and all ticketing sales channels (online, Facebook, call center, walk-up and mobile). All channels are fully integrated with Google Analytics so clients can easily track what works.

Currently, TicketForce services many arts clients among its broad customer base, bringing a high level of ticketing expertise to a market now faced with a younger audience in need of robust ticketing and marketing tools.

“We absolutely love to partner with arts organizations to make sure their technology and ticketing runs smoothly so they can do what they do best – create amazing theatre experience,” said Lynne King Smith, CEO of TicketForce. “TicketForce provides the ticketing solutions that make sense for arts clients with 99.95% uptime, and with tools for today’s and tomorrow’s generation of theatre patrons.”

King Smith will lead a session at the upcoming Arts Reach conference (The Association of Arts Management, Marketing & Development Professionals) in New York City, March 21-23, 2013. Her presentation is called “Blogging, Where Content is King: Connect and Engage with Your Patrons While You Increase Web Traffic Through Your Blog.” Along with speaking at conferences, King Smith is passionate about helping her clients understand the social media and online marketing world.
