Attorney Robert D. Klingensmith attended college at Penn State University, where he graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law and Justice and a minor in Political Science. He attended Duquesne University School of Law, graduated cum laude in 2012 and received the CALI Award for excellence in trial advocacy. While in law school, he served as Tipstaff to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. After law school, Mr. Klingensmith served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable W. Terrence O’Brien of the Allegheny Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division.
