MoJo Active, in conjunction with Google, held a marketing thought-leadership event for clients and other local marketing leaders on March 5 in its office in Watsontown, PA. An invitation-only broadcast straight from Google headquarters brought companies throughout the region to MoJo Active to engage and connect in discussions on marketing in the digital age.
Twenty-five individuals from regional companies and organizations attended the event, including representatives from Brodart Company, Brush Industries, Butler Manufacturing, Cornerstone Advisors, Enhanced Management Services, First Community Foundation Partnership, Gate37B, Larson Design Group, LB Water, Penn State University, Resilite Sports Products, Ritz-Craft, Scenic Road Manufacturing, Shop-Vac Corporation and MoJo Active.
Executed in four parts, the event featured three seminars from Google leaders Lisa Gevelber, VP of Americas Marketing; John Nicoletti, Director of Agency Development; and Bickey Russell, Head of Channel Managed Agencies. Each of the speakers presented how businesses should approach marketing efforts in a constantly evolving digital world. From changing the customer reach to discussing the importance of working with an online-expert agency, the seminars were a great educational opportunity for marketing leaders to learn about today’s trends and best practices. MoJo Active wrapped up the event with a presentation of case study successes in integrated marketing and the mediation of a discussion on integrated marketing.
“This was a really cool experience with a lot of good takeaways to get the creative juices flowing, as well as ways to be smarter about our online marketing. I am looking forward to working with MoJo Active on our search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts,” remarked Jolie Conahan, Marketing Manager of Brodart Supplies & Furnishings, at the end of the event.
