Engine Shop Adding Executive Staff To Meet Demands of Rapid Expansion

New hires, promotion across multiple accounts are results of extraordinary growth following 2012 launch

Engine Shop, the experiential sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing agency, announced today a number of new hires and promotions as it continues to manage its developing infrastructure and rapidly growing business.

The staff changes will address expanding needs in client services, as well as the continued growth of service offerings available to Engine Shop clients.

Chad Chatlos was hired as Vice President and will oversee account management of Tiffany & Co. and Carey International, the global leader in chauffeured transportation. Chad attended the U.S. Naval Academy and served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He will be based in Atlanta.

Michelle B. Wilson has been hired as senior account director and will manage the agency’s New Jersey office and work primarily on the Mercedes-Benz account. Prior to Engine Shop she served in various marketing and communications roles for the U.S. Tennis Association. She is a graduate of Hampton University and Columbia Business School.

Craig Grassi, hired as director of entertainment, will assist in the development of entertainment marketing strategies across all accounts. Grassi has managed lifestyle and entertainment marketing programs on behalf of Vitaminwater, BMW, PlayStation, Cisco and American Express. He graduated from Bentley University in Massachusetts and will transition into the agency’s Beverly Hills office.

Patti Griffin joins Engine Shop as a director on the Anheuser-Busch and ESPN accounts. In previous agency roles she led new business development and managed lifestyle marketing for accounts such as New Balance and Corona. She is a graduate of Marquette University and will be based out of the agency’s office in Chicago.

Jourdan Lawlor was promoted to account director and will oversee day-to-day management of the Engine Shop’s smart car account. Jourdan has managed entertainment and lifestyle multimedia marketing programs on behalf of brands like American Express and Forbes. She attended the University of Michigan and will continue to work out of the New York office.
