Having a fully integrated Payroll and HR system - now also RTI compliant - is a real differentiator.

From April 6th, UK businesses will be required to file their PAYE returns in real time – that means they must file PAYE details each time they pay an employee.
The move is aimed at simplifying the tax process for companies, eliminating the end-of-year return cycle, along with several tax forms.
However, in order to fulfil the new requirements (commonly known as RTI or Real Time Information), businesses now need computer software that has been certified by the HMRC.
"Having a fully integrated Payroll and HR system - now also RTI compliant - is a real differentiator," says Harry Mowat, Managing Director of Greentree UK.
