With 20 years of experience in engineering, management and project development in the network and telecommunications sectors, Harvey will lead all aspects of the engineering department with a keen focus on driving the expansion of APCON’s scalable network switching solutions in areas of reliability, simplicity and thoughtful innovation.

Prior to joining APCON, Harvey was a 12 year veteran of Overture Networks. As the director of software engineering, he was instrumental in the development of the company’s Metro Ethernet Access aggregation and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) products. Prior to Overture Networks, Harvey was a leading technical contributor at Fujitsu bringing to market ATM switching equipment. Harvey holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and holds one U.S. patent.
