At CDB's in Tampa on Tuesday nights, Red Door Entertainment highlights live music and ambiance over chaotic club scenes and looks forward to upcoming special musical acts.

I’m having too much fun to hear what it has to say. This is my Tuesday night.

Red Door Entertainment is proud to call Tuesday nights at CDB’s in North Tampa their own. The stress on the aspect of live music instead of a DJ is one that will continue to be an important distinction from other events. Most of the college life is filled with loud, erratic clubs with no room to move, over-priced drinks, and no way to communicate with or even find your friends. Red Door Entertainment flipped this notion completely and created a fresh, new way for college students to spend their Tuesday nights. The company introduced a new scene with comfortable and spacious seating, freshly-made food all night, and more intimate music. “Tuesday nights bring a lively, yet chill, environment to the table,” stated Danielle, a regular attendee. This night is for all the older students who like to have a good time and simply want to sit and spend time with their friends in a relaxed environment.

Introducing special guest musicians is one of the many ways CDB's flourishes. Having fresh faces play music is an exciting and innovative way to keep attracting consumers of all backgrounds and interests. Tuesday nights at CDB's is not only an event for regulars to have a great time, but it also is a place for new people to come and get a feel for the quieter, more affectionate venue.

Kevin, a relatively new attendee to the event, gave an extensive testimony. “I look to my left and see my best friend laughing and joking with me about our latest inside joke. I look to my right and see another friend strumming away on his guitar singing his heart out to my favorite song. I look in front of me and see my fresh platter of pizza has just arrived. I look down and notice my phone has just lit up with something to tell me, but I’m having too much fun to hear what it has to say. This is my Tuesday night.”

All in all, Tuesday nights at CDB's are not going anywhere. Its success is warranted from creating an atmosphere unlike any other around USF. It removed the bustling chaos, the loud music that left you deaf upon leaving, and the impossibility to have a sit-down conversation with your friends. CDB's opens at 10pm every Tuesday night with four large rooms filled with tables and booths, two live music stages, four bars and a jukebox. With all of the choices at the consumer’s disposal, the possibilities are endless. A new genre of “going out” is surrounding USF, and it’s taking Tampa students by storm.
