EE, the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, today announced it will be the only UK network to launch the new Samsung Galaxy S 4 smartphone with superfast 4G.

As the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, EE like to stay one step ahead of the game. That’s why they’ve become the first to introduce the Samsung Galaxy S4 to their 4G mobile phone range.

The high-tech, innovative device – complete with a special polycarbonate body and a wide HD screen – will be available online, via EE telesales and in EE stores from the 26th April and benefit from the services you would expect from a superfast network provider.

Although impeccable internet connections and seamless call quality are particular talking points, other highlights include live TV and games on the go, as well as the ability to download large documents and files. With speeds approximately five times faster than 3G, there’s no waiting around and you should certainly not expect backlogs or delays.

4GEE payment plans also include unlimited texts and calls as well as a unique UK film service – complete with 2 for 1 cinema ticketing, listings, trailers and film downloads or streaming in one place, a discount of £5 a month on EE superfast Fibre Broadband, a super-efficient customer service helpline, 500MB of free storage with Clone Phone Lite and various music, game or TV add-ons depending on the package you choose.

Commenting on up and coming launch, Paul Jevons, Director of Products and Devices for EE said: “The interest we’ve received from consumers and businesses has almost reached fever-pitch levels, so we’re delighted to be the only UK operator to offer the Samsung Galaxy S4 enabled with 4G from launch.

“When paired with our unique superfast 4G network, customers really will be able to make the most from the powerhouse performance the Samsung Galaxy S4 provides – utilising its capabilities to the maximum.”

With 4G internet available in 37 towns and cities and set to be rolled out to 35 more, this latest move by EE is sure to attract a lot of attention. The handset will also be available on the UK’s largest 3G network through Orange and T-Mobile.
