Previously, 360clean would allow Regional Developers to finance the franchise fee, while at the same time, leaving them responsible for setting up his or her own marketing strategy. Now, Regional Developers are required to invest twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Two-thousand ($2,000) is set aside for training and the other $23,000 is placed in a Marketing Escrow Fund, which will be used to provide the Regional Developer with a web presence (both local website and social media presence); press releases; targeted monthly mailers; a business association membership; an appointment setting service; a tradeshow; and various sales literature that the Regional Developer can use to market 360clean in his or her territory.
