Staff changes reflected in several divisions across the company

To further reflect the growth and diversification of Pace as a content agency, the following key senior promotions and appointments were announced:

Heather Keets Wright takes over the content strategy practice as Group Content Strategy Director, guiding the agency’s editorial product and practice teams through the increasingly complex digital universe. While Heather has been working with Pace since 2010, this is a newly created position for the company that has arisen from existing and new client growth.

Heather is an industry leader in managing the digital approach to content creation and management, having previously held senior editorial positions at, and Scripps Networks Interactive.

Cindy Phillips has been promoted to Managing Director of the Inflight Entertainment practice at Pace. Cindy has been with Pace since 2005 and is a veteran of the industry, having previously worked at Spafax and Paramount Studios. Cindy previously served as Managing Director, Programming & Client Services, where she headed up Pace’s team overseeing IFE programming work for Delta Air Lines. She will continue to oversee that key relationship and team, in addition to her new management responsibilities.

Angus Macaulay joins Pace on April 8th as Group VP, Marketing and Sales, in the New York office, where he will head up Pace’s integrated media sales operations. Angus joins from Time Inc., where he was Corporate Sales Director. Angus previously worked as VP at Rodale’s Marketing Solutions group. This is also a newly created position for the company.
