Nashville's New Agency

"..we have a lot of conversations with clients with many different gross sales numbers."

“The point of Good People Creative,” says founder and owner Cole Evans, “is being able to take all those moving parts—from media buying to content strategy, SEO, and social media—put a plan together, measure the results, and fine tune it.”

Cole Evans is excited about his new venture and approaching it with a unique business model. Working with what he calls “good people,” Cole has created Good People Creative, an advertising, marketing, and digital services company based on doing “the right thing.”

Bringing a new agency model to the Nashville stage was a logical next step for a guy who really knows Nashville and understands the market. According to Evans, “There’s a great opportunity for an agency like Good People Creative in the small to medium-sized market for businesses that are in the 5+ million dollar range in gross sales.” He continues, “Those companies have an advertising budget, they understand social media, they know that they need to be optimizing their sites, but they fall into a category of being underserved in the traditional agency models. That's where Good People Creative comes in." He later noted, "Please don't misunderstand me about 5 million +, we have a lot of conversations with clients with many different gross sales numbers."

Instead of maintaining a standing team of designers, programmers, writers, artists, and managers, Evans makes the best of the rich networking opportunities that Nashville offers, he finds the best resources, and connects them with the right clients. “What my network allows me to do,” he says, “is to know those people and to fit those team members with the project that makes the most sense.”

The problem with the standing agency model in Nashville, says Evans, is that “forcing clients to work with the same team as everyone else, can lead to the same results.”

“We’re finding very strong talent,” he says, “and we’re marrying it to the right client.”
