TrizCom Signs HipLogiq and Software SocialCentiv, SocialCompass: Social Media Software Helps Businesses Find Success by Targeting Customers on Twitter

Dallas-based PR firm TrizCom adds marketing software start-up HipLogiq to its roster of clients. Hiplogiq’s two social media marketing software solutions, SocialCompass and SocialCentiv, help businesses target and engage customers directly on Twitter in real time.

Dallas-based TrizCom has added marketing software start-up HipLogiq and its social media software products, SocialCompass and SocialCentiv, to its client roster. The firm will represent and position the company’s expertise in social media marketing as well as promote new products as they are launched. Several products are expected later this year.

HipLogiq’s social media marketing products offer clients patented technology that helps them directly target potential customers on Twitter based on key words, location and time of day. For example, a coffee house would have a list of key words that the software would use to monitor Twitter and flag relevant Tweets. Mark could Tweet: “Tired of the same old coffee—need a new place to go to rev me up this morning.” The business immediately responds with the message, “@name, come see us! We have great coffee, plus lots of breakfast goodies to get you going. And here’s a little something on us: (link to offer).”

Once that customer visits the landing page and downloads the offer, he or she is entered into the client’s marketing automation system. A few days later, Mark will receive an email asking him to refer his friends in exchange for an additional reward from the client. If the customer’s friends opt in, he gets rewarded, and the process continues with his friends.

SocialCompass and SocialCentiv are designed to work very similarly but SocialCompass is a full-service, enterprise-level software, and SocialCentiv is a do-it-yourself, web-based software solution for small-to-medium businesses.
