Led by Carlos Coto, The Coto Group brings more than 40 years of experience and a broad international network to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Consistently ranked among the top producers in the Greater Miami area, The Coto Group serves Key Biscayne, Brickell, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, distinguishing itself with its combination of enthusiasm, reliability, perseverance, and expertise.

Founder Carlos Coto has been a licensed real estate agent and investor since 1976. Consistently ranked among the top 15 Miami-Dade brokers, he is the No. 1 real estate broker in Key Biscayne with $50 million in sales in 2012. Formerly with Fortune International Realty, he is a graduate of University of Miami.

Carlos is joined by his daughter, Claudine Coto, the No. 7 Key Biscayne agent with $24 million in sales last year. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Northwestern University. He is also joined by his son, Victor Coto, a University of Florida graduate who holds an MBA from New York University. The Coto Group is fluent in Spanish and basic French and Portuguese.
