Music of Your Life, Inc. has reached an exclusive licensing and development agreement for the iRadio trademark. Music of Your Life, now in its 35th year as a syndicated radio brand, has been delivering programming to its terrestrial affiliates on the iRadio platform for the past two years.

Music of Your Life, Inc president, Marc Angell says "This exclusive license will allow us to advance the iRadio brand into a syndicated programming service for radio stations with features similar to Pandora, Spotify, and Slacker, but will also present consumer access to local radio stations as with the iheartradio, AccuRadio and TuneIn products. There’s growing demand for multi genre syndication services for terrestrial radio stations around the country and we plan to offer a wide variety of music, programming and on-air personalities to those stations as well as the general public with iRadio.” Angell added, “Contrary to popular belief, Apple does not own the iRadio brand, that distinction goes to Jacquie Carter, who owns the registered trademark in two classes with more to follow.”

Under Angell’s direction over the past four and a half years, the Music of Your Life brand has grown from representing a syndicated radio service playing only Adult Standards, to an entertainment company featuring a wide range of hit music, complete with PBS TV shows, a Time-Life CD box set and infomercial, live concerts and live cruise ship entertainment.
