Our innovative platform revolutionizes the tedious, multi-step experience of yesterday with instantaneous solutions for today’s consumers.

ConnectYourCare’s CEO, Jamie Spriggs, and Vice President of Product Development, Dan Stachura, presented “Smart Technology Solutions that Drive Real Change” to leaders from the health plan, provider and life sciences industries on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 during Microsoft’s 2013 Health & Life Sciences Executive Forum in Chicago, IL. The focus of this year’s invitation-only forum was “The Activated, Engaged and Accountable Consumer,” and discussions centered on how technology can help motivate consumers to manage their health, health risks and conditions, as well as navigate the complex care delivery system.

“Our innovative platform revolutionizes the tedious, multi-step experience of yesterday with instantaneous solutions for today’s consumers,” said Spriggs. “As employers move aggressively toward account-based healthcare as the solution to mitigate rising healthcare costs, our accessible and convenient technology features enable and empower individual control over health spending.”

Microsoft’s Executive Forum was created at the request of top executives to bring together stakeholders and decision makers from health and life sciences organizations to share success stories and best practices that activate and engage patients.

“As more and more responsibility shifts toward consumers for choosing providers, the care they receive and paying providers directly from their high deductible health savings and flexible spending accounts, it’s critical to equip consumers with intuitive and easy to use apps to relieve the administrative burden that often comes with greater financial responsibility,” said Dennis Schmuland, chief health strategy office, U.S. Health & Life Sciences, Microsoft. “ConnectYourCare is an example of a leading organization that's innovatively leveraging the ‘people at the center’ platforms of Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 to enable consumers to digitally organize, file and, pay medical bills and manage their accounts from one place and avoid the usual frustration and errors that are common with paper processing.”
