The City of Sunny Isles Beach Cultural and Community Services Department is offering complimentary yoga classes for one week only, February 2 – 7, at Pelican Community Park, 18115 North Bay Road. This week of preview classes is designed to let participants experience the personal style of each instructor and decide which class will work for them.
Whichever style is chosen, we just hope participants will fall in love with yoga. So, take some time to attend the free week of classes at Pelican Community Park, 18115 North Bay Road. Experience the teaching styles of Natalia Maslova and Ella Kallish. The schedule is:
Monday: 9:00 – 10:00 am (Ella) & 6:15 – 7:15 pm (Natalia)
Tuesday: 9:30 – 10:30 am (Natalia) & 7:15 – 8:15 pm (Ella)
Wednesday: 9:00 – 10:00 am (Ella) & 6:15 – 7:15 pm (Natalia)
Thursday: 9:30 – 10:30 am (Natalia) & 7:15 – 8:15 pm (Ella)

The new regular yoga schedule, with times to be determined, will begin in March. The City will also introduce a flexible payment plan that month, which will let Pelican Community Center members and non-members choose how many classes per month they will attend and the flexibility to participate in any class, with any instructor, at any time. Participants may continue to pay per class or choose an 8, 12, or unlimited classes per month option. Remember, Yoga by the Beach (7:00 am Wednesdays with Alvaro Minor) is free, with a complimentary parking pass given to participants at the time of registration at Pelican Community Park or the Government Center desks.
Pre-registration with payment and a signed waiver at either Pelican Community Park or the Government Center is required for all classes. Participants should bring their own yoga mat. Please stop by and sign up for the classes or call 305.792.1706 for more information.
