Loffler Companies has been named as one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota for the eighth consecutive year.

“We are proud of our employees and value their positive feedback, which caused us to make the Top Workplaces list once again,” said Jim Loffler, Founder and CEO, Loffler Companies. “We appreciate the daily hard work our employees put forth to benefit our clients, and we work hard to make our office culture upbeat and fulfilling. We believe that if you work hard, you should play hard, too, so we encourage employees to use their annual paid time off and to participate in regular company-sponsored outings, be they to build rapport within their teams or volunteer within the community.”

The Top Workplaces list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 71,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Over 2,400 companies were invited to participate.

As one of the top-selling Canon and Konica Minolta dealers in the country, Loffler Companies also provides products from Xerox, HP and Lexmark, as well as Mitel and NEC Unified Communications solutions, Managed Print Services, IT Solutions, Software and Workflow Consulting and On-Site Management of Copy Centers and Mailrooms. These wide-ranging products and services exist for one purpose: to help other workplaces succeed. Loffler’s specialized trainers, flexible billing and financing options at all price levels and award-winning service and support are all benefits clients appreciate.
