Promotion of strong and compassionate leader with rich clinical and operational experience further supports the company's thoughtful growth strategy and unique care delivery model

360 Behavioral Health, a family of providers that deliver exceptional care across the entire lifespan to individuals with behavioral health conditions that interfere with daily living, has named Lydia Luna, PhD, LCP, as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Dr. Luna will have full profit and loss responsibility, as well as day-to-day operating accountability, for all clinical entities within 360 Behavioral Health. Prior to her appointment, Dr. Luna served as Clinical Director for California Psychcare (CPC), a part of the 360 Behavioral Health family that uses applied behavior analysis (ABA) to provide behavioral health treatment to clients across Southern California.

“We anticipate significant growth opportunities for our company in both the short and long-term, and adding a strong and compassionate leader into the role of COO is critical to the success of our strategy,” said Dennis Kogod, Executive Chairman and CEO for 360 Behavioral Health. “We are fortunate to have many talented leaders in our organization, and I am pleased and excited to be able to appoint Dr. Luna as COO for 360 Behavioral Health. I look forward to working with Dr. Luna as she applies her many skills on a larger scale.”

Dr. Luna started her career with the company in 2006, working as a behavioral instructor at CPC while she was in her undergraduate program. After completing her undergraduate work, she went on to pursue her doctorate degree and became a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. During her tenure with CPC, Dr. Luna has served in various roles and has developed extensive knowledge of internal operations across the organization.

Dr. Luna’s broad clinical experience includes several years in private practice, as well as working with patients at residential level care for substance abuse disorders at Cliffside Malibu. She’s also treated at-risk youth and families through the wraparound program at Tarzana Treatment Centers, and provided psychotherapy to low-income families at Valley Community Clinic.

“It’s great to be part of an organization committed to career development and advancement for people who want to grow and take on more responsibility,” said Dr. Luna. “We have an amazing team of clinicians and others who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to those we serve, and I’m excited to help drive growth and continuous improvement for 360 Behavioral Health in my new role.”
