Montage International and Dine Announce Plans for Montage and Pendry Hospitality Offerings in Punta Mita Along Bahia De Banderas in Nayarit, Mexico

(PRWEB) July 12, 2023 -- Montage International and DINE have reached an agreement for the development of both a Montage and a Pendry resort within the 1,500-acre, private peninsula master-development community of Punta Mita in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit. Set to open in 2026, the new resorts will include Montage Punta Mita with branded Montage Residences and Pendry Punta Mita with branded Pendry Residences. The resorts will feature luxurious amenities including Spa Montage, Spa Pendry, an array of food & beverage offerings, outdoor sporting experiences, and a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces. Guests of both properties will also enjoy access to the amenities of the broader Punta Mita development, including two signature Jack Nicklaus golf courses, five residential beach clubs, ocean adventures through the Punta Mita Ocean Sports team and more.

Situated on 63-acres, Montage Punta Mita will feature 140 guestrooms, Spa Montage and a top-of-the-line fitness center, a collection of premium culinary experiences, resort pool, Compass Sports center offering pickleball, tennis and a variety of outdoor activities, flexible meeting and event spaces, a game room, and the brand’s signature Paintbox children’s program. Montage Punta Mita will also offer 91 private Montage Residences within the resort community ranging from 2,800 to over 11,000 square feet of living space.
Situated on 30-acres overlooking one of the premier surf breaks in Riviera Nayarit, Pendry Punta Mita will feature 115 guestrooms, multiple culinary options, resort pool, Compass Sports center offering pickleball, tennis and a variety of outdoor activities, flexible meeting and event spaces, a game room, and the brand’s signature children’s program. Additionally, the resort will offer 30 fully serviced private Pendry Residences in varied design plans with up to 4,300 square feet of living space.
