New Book Coming Soon: A Holistic Guide For the Fourth Trimester
AMARILLO, Texas (PRWEB) September 20, 2018 -- Praeclarus Press is proud to announce a new, upcoming book that will provide a holistic approach to the postpartum period.
Having a baby is a game changer. Parents benefit from understanding how the transition to parenthood will transform their lives as individuals and as a couple. The first three months following birth, commonly called the Fourth Trimester, has adjustments that can be as potent as the three trimesters of pregnancy. When parents are fortified with tools that help them feel confident and competent as they learn a whole new set of skills, they can realistically adjust their expectations as part of the adaptation to parenthood. This book is unique in its practical approach to the integration of life changing dynamics, addressing the partner relationship, bonding and attachment, hormones, breastfeeding, the fourth trimester, maternity leave/going back to work, and a postpartum wellness plan.
A Holistic Guide for the Fourth Trimester: Parents Optimizing Life After Birth is the first book to apply energy medicine to the postpartum period, with techniques that make it a perfect strategy for managing the energy lows of the fourth trimester. These techniques become powerful self-care strategies for handling the intense day to day responsibilities of newborn parenting.
