In this new role, Plitt will lead Vicon's Inside Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Training groups, uniting them into a single, cohesive Customer Success Team.
A dynamic and accomplished leader in the surveillance industry, Plitt has over 10 years of experience transforming teams at leading companies, including Costar, Schneider Electric, and Pelco. During her tenure at these companies, Kristen held many customer-facing leadership positions, including Global Customer Relations Manager, Global Sales Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and most recently, Executive VP of Marketing and Operations.
