Awardee Shelley Fiore, the President and Chief Operating Officer of MassMutual Great Lakes is one of the select few females in the industry to hold a similar position. Also awarded is Elena Ford, Chief Customer Experience Officer of Ford Motor Company, who leads Ford's organization responsible for creating a world-class customer experience throughout the entire ownership cycle.
