"The Run For Justice" Has Began in Atlanta, GA Heading Toward Ferguson, MO Raising Awareness & Funds Along The Way!

Participants Londrelle Hall and Ray Mills are running 540 miles from Atlanta, GA to Ferguson, MO. The effort is raise both awareness and fund raising. The short-term goals of the run are to raise funds to help with legal fee’s for the families of Mike Brown, John Crawford and Charles Smith. Fitz Buys Houses takes pride in adding their support to this worthy cause.
As of Day three, Hall & Mills have reached the seventy-first mile mark on his historic bid to run the 540 miles from Atlanta, GA to Ferguson, MO. Accompanied by Ray Mills, "We have set out to increase awareness for the racial injustice and police brutality in America". adds Hall.
The preparation for the Run For Justice, led by the release of a poignant video featuring Londrelle, has engaged and inspired youth from around the nation. On the popular social media site Instagram people have truly rallied behind the cause by reposting the video over 1,300 times using the hashtag #RunForJustice.
"Funds will also go towards helping with bail and the court fees of those wrongfully arrested during the protest of Mike Brown’s death in Ferguson, and to organize a “Million Man March” on the arrival of the participating runners to the town" adds Hall. Longer term plans include supporting after-school and summer programs for black youth focused on African history, arts, critical and free thinking, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
