For the third year in a row, Access Development has been recognized by The Salt Lake Tribune as one of the top midsize companies to work for in the state of Utah. The Top Workplace award is based on employee survey results that measure aspects of workplace culture such as alignment, leadership and connection.

“This recognition comes with a special kind of satisfaction because it’s based entirely on feedback from our own employees,” said Casey Kleinman, the company’s chief executive officer and recipient of a special leadership award from the newspaper in 2017. “It’s humbling, and it validates our belief that an organization’s success is measured by more than the money it makes – but also by the value it adds to people’s lives.”

Access Development was recognized for its flexible working policies, commitment to health and wellness, and its relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere.
