For marketers and agencies searching for ways to more effectively manage and optimize online campaigns, cobbling together data from siloed solutions has been the status quo. But performance media platform Acquisio today unveiled a product version that moves the industry closer to completely integrated marketing platforms.

Earlier today at ad:tech New York, Acquisio announced the advanced functionality available in its latest product release. The new version allows marketers and agencies to track revenue and conversions across channels, providing a single scientifically-sound attribution model for all campaigns. The latest release, which also includes clicktracking and web analytics technology, reflects the company's larger direction toward providing a single source from which online marketers can manage and optimize all campaigns. Ad:tech attendees can see the new functionality in action throughout the conference at booth 1338.

"We're continuing to refine our product to better meet the growing needs of agencies and marketers," said Marc Poirier, cofounder and CMO of Acquisio, "and the tracking and reporting tools we've just added will make it even easier for them to generate impressive results for their clients. Our conversion and revenue attribution, for example, will help marketers pinpoint the routes that visitors took that led to the conversion or the sale, so that marketers can better understand visitor behavior and motivation and can make more informed ad purchases."

In addition to showcasing its attribution technology, Acquisio is also providing a preview of upcoming product additions. For example, Acquisio is showcasing ad server technology, available in January 2001, that will give customers the ability to optimize, bulk edit, and track all ads on the Acquisio platform, even if they purchased the ads directly from other ad networks or publishers. Free for the first six months and then available at a nominal cost, the ad server will allow marketers to use Acquisio's industry-leading technology to track their ad impressions, clicks, page views, conversions and revenue across channels, including display, search, social, and others.

Additionally, the company is previewing ad retargeting functionality that will be also available in January 2011. Via ad retargeting, marketers will be able to remarket to visitors who previously indicated interest. Through a partnership with multiple ad exchanges, Acquisio customers will have the ability to retarget ads to their traffic on millions of websites, giving them the best possible chance to recapture their lead's interest and create a conversion event.

"Marketers are completely frustrated because they've been forced to work in these silos depending on what kind of ads they purchase or which networks they purchase from," noted Poirier. "With the upcoming addition of ad server technology to Acquisio, we're basically smashing these silos and will create a single platform that can handle all of the tasks marketers typically need to implement across their campaigns. Because of this seamless integration, marketers will be able to more accurately measure and compare campaign effectiveness and can make future advertising decisions based on hard data and true comparisons rather than best guesses."

Acquisio representatives will be providing group and one-on-one demos of the software and its updated functionality throughout the ad:tech conference at booth 1338. Interested attendees can submit a meeting request online at the ad:tech site, or can stop by booth 1338 at their convenience. Acquisio staff will be available from 10AM-6PM on Wednesday, November 3 and from 10AM-4PM on Thursday, November 4.
