ADR Software, LLC today announced that it had entered into an agreement with HITT Contracting to connect HITT construction sites to ADR's Automated Daily Reporting Network (aka the ADR Network). The roll-out of the ADR Network by HITT comes after an initial trial period during which ADR connected both secure and unsecure HITT job sites to the ADR Network and tracked in excess of 150,000 labor hours in real-time. Going forward, HITT will connect both government and private sector project sites across the United States to the ADR Network.
"The ADR Network provides our managers with real-time access to labor, schedule and safety information," said Brett Hitt, Co-President of HITT Contracting. "After seeing the benefits of the ADR Network in action, we believe that the ability to monitor manpower in real-time presents a significant competitive advantage in today's efficiency-oriented market. Being able to make proactive adjustments in staffing and resource allocations in the field as work is going on helps us meet and exceed both our schedule and compliance obligations while lower costs at the same time. At HITT, safety has always been among our highest priorities and the ADR Network will give us instant notifications of safety violators and potentially unsafe practices. From a security perspective, our government clients like knowing that we can give them real-time visibility into who's onsite and for how long they've been there."
"We're pleased to be working with HITT, a nationally recognized and highly regarded general contractor in the industry," said Bruce Labovitz, ADR's Managing Director. "Over the years, HITT has exhibited an unyielding commitment to advancing their efficiency and competitive advantage through innovation. As a result, HITT has a great backlog of new business ahead of it and we look forward to being a part of their continued success in the future."
About the ADR Network: The ADR Network, which was launched commercially in 2010 by ADR Software, uses RFID(radio frequency identification device) to monitor pedestrian manpower traffic entering and exiting commercial construction sites. The ADR Network uses proprietary on-site monitoring technology, portable monitoring portals, a private broadband infrastructure and a secure server architecture to collect, analyze, store and present manpower data. ADR Network subscribers have anywhere, anytime access to real-time, web-based data about labor and manpower utilization at ADR connected commercial construction sites. The ADR Network helps general contractors, schedule consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and owners proactively navigate the complex issues of schedule compliance, resource loading, overtime requests, change order negotiations, safety compliance and potentially costly delay claims.
