The personal injury law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that James Mick “Jamie” Kessel and Robert C. T. Reed have joined the firm as Associate Attorneys in the Richmond, Virginia office.
Mr. Kessel is an experienced trial attorney and has handled cases in State and Federal Courts throughout Virginia. He dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of those who have been seriously injured or killed because of the negligence of others.
Mr. Kessel graduated cum laude from West Virginia University and received his law degree from the University of Richmond. He has obtained an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers in 2010, 2011, and 2012. He was also honored with the distinction of "Legal Elite" in litigation by Virginia Business Magazine in 2010 and 2011.
Mr. Reed’s practice is devoted exclusively to protecting the interests of seriously injured clients and their families in personal injury cases. He was an attorney with an insurance defense firm prior to joining Allen & Allen. He received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law graduating Cum Laude and his B.A. in Psychology from Boston College. Mr. Reed’s background in defense work gives him an advantageous perspective in understanding personal injury law and insurance litigation.
