Analytics Guru Dr. Michael Housman Joins Boopsie Advisory Board

As Chief Analytics Officer at Evolv, Inc, Dr. Housman manages the team that is responsible for applying state-of-the-art methodologies and techniques to obtain helpful insights from massive amounts of data.
Dr. Housman began his work in data analytics with The Lewin Group as a Research Analyst focused on the company’s Health Care Policy program. Dr. Housman has also consulted with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed a research project which measured the impact of IT implementation on productivity, cost efficiency, profitability and quality in hospitals. In addition, as the Managing Director of Applied Science at Pascal Metrics, Dr. Housman ran the company’s Research and Development activities.
Dr. Housman received an AB in Health Care Policy from Harvard University and a PhD in Applied Economics and Managerial Science from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. His work with big data and analytics has been covered in Forbes, CNN, Bloomberg, NPR and The Atlantic.
