Additionally, Bergstrom served as a Professional Services SVP for a healthcare software vendor, where she was responsible for ensuring the development and execution of training programs and change management programs. Bergstrom has extensive knowledge providing IT services across the full life cycle, from selling and implementing packaged and custom software to delivering strategic IT consulting services.
Bergstrom holds a Master’s in Information Systems from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She also completed various leadership development programs and later developed a leadership program with Warren Bennis.
