Up next? Denyer announced his next book Our Nation’s No. 2 — The Rising Influence of America’s Modern Vice Presidency, which will be available in time for the holidays.
HOUSTON (PRWEB) February 01, 2019
Author, keynote speaker, and national security expert Charles Denyer continues to push forward with an impressive list of publications that focus on areas of information technology, cybersecurity, and national security & geopolitical issues. “My 2017 publication Number One Observatory Circle about the home of the vice president of the United States and the families that have lived there was a great success. We completely sold out of our first edition, so it’s nice to see that excitement and enthusiasm,” says Denyer.
Up next? Denyer announced his next book Our Nation’s No. 2 — The Rising Influence of America’s Modern Vice Presidency, which will be available in time for the holidays. He says, “It is a groundbreaking publication on the office of the modern vice presidency — the men that have held the office of America’s second-in-command over the last forty years.”
Asked how he approached the research, he said, “I conducted dozens of interviews and hundreds of hours of private conversations with a number of our former vice presidents, including: Walter Mondale, Dan Quayle, and Dick Cheney, as well as those who worked closely with them — affording me a unique perspective on the ever-evolving role and immense responsibilities of the office, so the access I was given was really unprecedented. The stories they shared were truly remarkable and included everything from their relationships with the president they served to the expanded powers of the office, including national security, the environment, the Supreme Court, and so much more.”
Denyer is currently working on two new publications; one on national security, which will be followed by a biography on Dick Cheney, the 46th vice president of the United States.
