By building an integrated commerce and digital content consumption experience, CSA Group transformed how its customers find, purchase, and consume the standards content that they rely on.
As the organization approaches its centennial celebration in 2019, this new eCommerce site offers customers a best-in-class digital experience. Providing more than 70,000 standards, training, and supporting materials to a variety of customer segments including individuals, government bodies, corporations, and academic institutions, Avionos’ design ensures that each CSA Group customer can purchase products and services in a way that makes sense for him or her. Once purchased, customers also have the tools to get the most out of their content served up through CSA OnDemand™ functionality that allows customers to search, find, favorite, and highlight their content.

CSA Group needed to consolidate two disparate eCommerce experiences, better manage the digital rights to its content, help prevent unauthorized use of materials and, where appropriate, enable consent functionality to develop marketing insights from consumers of the content. To accomplish this transformation, Avionos and CSA Group implemented Salesforce B2B Commerce, Lightening Communities, Integration Cloud, Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud.
