OTB Consulting announced today that it is launching BKeTouch®, an automated communication system that is designed to help consumer bankruptcy attorneys stay in touch with clients and prospective clients.

The Cary, North Carolina-based company will officially debut BKeTouch® at the 2013 annual convention of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys this April 26-28 in San Diego.

BKeTouch® is designed to respond to the changing landscape of how legal communications are handled, said Tom Rowe, a founder and managing director of OTB Consulting. The goal is more new clients and increased margins and profits.

He noted that BKeTouch® automatically sends out follow-up emails to prospective clients after an initial contact with the firm so no one has to remember to make the follow-up contact. Staying in touch with clients avoids missed appointments and missed opportunities to gain new clients and referrals, which means increased revenue potential, he said.
