2012 Contractor of the Year Award

To qualify for the 2012 CotY awards, entrants submitted drawings, concise descriptions of their projects and "before" and "after" photos of their renovations. Entries were judged on aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, problem solving, functionality, degree of difficulty and entry presentation. Barefoot & Company, in partnership with Shea Homes, was judged impartially for their excellence in remodeling by a panel of renovation experts.
