Consistently a top-producing broker in the cities of Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, Beau Arts, Mercer Island and other Eastside communities, Ms. Gray will now refer and receive internationally referrals around the world as well. She joins the Sotheby’s International Realty franchise network, which consists of more than 700 branch offices in 52 countries and territories and is comprised of 14,000 brokers representing some 42,000 exclusive listings.

Gray confirms that median home prices on the Eastside have risen more than 6% in first half of 2014 compared with the prior year and international buyers, especially those from China, are becoming a major influence in that marketplace. Census data recently confirmed that the Asian population of the City of Bellevue is now 30-percent and growing.
