Its just like any business really, to be tops in your trade you need to be centered and engaged in your specialty, and that's how we can continue to be responsive to our clients needs. You don't see pilots building airplanes," Maletto said.
While energy drinks, sports drinks, dairy beverages, and all natural have been a specialty for PTM Food Consulting, their Tetra Pak aseptic beverage development has continued to be a rousing success for their clients. "Aseptic beverage development such as Tetra Pak is the pinnacle of food science, it is the most challenging and the most complex form of beverage development. We are the only beverage development firm in the US we know of that has the knowledge in formulating these kinds of low acid aseptic products. It is also slowly becoming the most dominant form of beverage packaging because of the ability to avoid preservatives and harsh processing methods in the final product."
